It infuriates me because this place is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers. They are a fraud, ripping customers off for services that they charge for and do NOT provide. I felt compelled to leave a review and engage with customer service because they refused to refund my next-day delivery fee and their customer service is an absolute nightmare of bots and unhelpful agents.
Customer: Hello, I'm calling about order #12345. I paid for next day delivery, but my confirmation email says it will take 3 business days. I need that $19.95 next day delivery fee refunded immediately.
CS Rep: I understand your frustration, sir/ma'am. I see here that your order was indeed placed with next-day shipping. Let me check the system for you.
