Steer Clear! Wrong Prescription TWICE & A Fight for a Refund 😡
I feel compelled to share my online shopping experience as a stark warning to others. What should have been a simple purchase turned into an absolute nightmare. I ordered a pair of glasses, and they arrived with the wrong prescription. After patiently returning them, I received the “fixed” pair of glasses with the wrong prescription again! My direct conclusion about this experience is simple: This is a "horrible company! Do not offer refund either!!! Only store credit or replacement!!! If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!" My utter frustration at being unable to reach a live person on the phone pushed me to finally engage with their online chat to demand a real resolution.
Customer: This is the second time you've sent me glasses with the wrong prescription. I returned the first pair, and the replacement is also wrong. I want a refund.
CS Rep: I am very sorry to hear that the replacement pair was also incorrect. I can see your order history and I sincerely apologize for this repeated mistake. We can process another remake for you right away.
Customer: Absolutely not. I don't want another pair. Your company has failed twice. I don't trust you to get it right a third time. I want my money back, not store credit.
CS Rep: I understand your frustration completely. Our standard policy is a replacement or store credit, but given the circumstances, I can see why that's not an acceptable solution for you. Let me escalate this to a manager to get a full refund approved.
