Let me tell you about my terrible online shopping experience, hoping it serves as a cautionary tale for others. It was the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I sent a dozen emails to them and had ZERO response. Don't waste your time with this company. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! 11 days to process an order is unreasonable! The USPS label was printed on April 6th, but it wasn't delivered to USPS until April 11th. I wished I had used someone else. All I asked was that Eyebuydirect answer my email. I felt compelled to leave this review and engage with customer service because my simple requests for an update were completely ignored, and the lack of communication was infuriating.
Customer: I am so frustrated! My order has been processing for 11 days, and the tracking shows the label was printed on April 6th but wasn't even given to USPS until April 11th. I've sent multiple emails and heard nothing back. CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for the delay and the lack of communication you've experienced. I understand how frustrating it must be to not receive updates. Let me look into this immediately for you. Customer: This is ridiculous. I just wanted my questions answered, and my emails were completely ignored. Why does it take so long to even hand off the package? CS Rep: I hear your concerns.
