They have still not sent my refund for an order I never received, holding onto $246.00 of my hard-earned money since February 24th. The tracking number clearly shows it stuck in Atlanta, Georgia, yet all I get from customer service is an automated bot telling me it’s "in transit." This is why I felt I had to reach out to them directly, hoping for a human to help, and ultimately, why I’m writing this review.
Customer: I need to speak to someone about order #105081183. It's been over a month, I haven't received my glasses, and you still have my $246! The tracking shows it's stuck in Atlanta. CS Rep: I understand your frustration, and I apologize for the delay with your order #105081183. Let me look into the tracking status for you. Customer: I've already looked at the tracking; it's going nowhere! I've tried to get a refund, but I just get automated responses. I want my money back, or my glasses delivered immediately! CS Rep: I see the tracking indeed shows a significant delay. I am truly sorry for this inconvenience and the difficulty you've experienced getting a resolution. Given the extended delay, I can initiate a full refund for your order today. It typically takes 7-10 business days to process. Customer: Seven to ten business days?! After all this waiting and having to fight to even get a human, I have to wait even longer? This is unacceptable.
The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap and experiencing this level of frustration.
