My GlassesUSA Nightmare: They're Holding My $246 Hostage! 😤
I'm writing this to warn everyone about my experience, so you don't make the same mistake I did. My terrible online shopping journey proves you should STAY AWAY from GlassesUSA. It's been a nightmare; GlassesUSA has still not sent my refund for an order I never received. They are holding $246.00 of my hard-earned money for a glasses order placed on 2/24. The tracking number still shows it stuck in Atlanta, Georgia. I can't get a response for a refund; all they keep telling me is it is in transit from a BOT. I want my money back! After weeks of this, I had no choice but to try and reach a live person to get my money back.
Customer: My order is #105081183. It's been over a month, the package is lost, and your automated system is useless. I want my $246 refund processed now.
CS Rep: I am very sorry to hear about the frustration this has caused. Let me look up order #105081183 for you right now. I see the tracking hasn't updated in weeks. I sincerely apologize for the delay and the unhelpful automated responses.
